Our engineering team has experience in designing and building custom machines for a variety of manufacturing operations. Whether for assembly, production finishing or material handling, we create the most effective solutions for our customers' unique machinery needs depending on their specific requirements.

Our tooling products range from small simple jigs and fixtures to large electro-mechanical tools with moving actions. Our in-house engineering capabilities include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and custom application programming. All engineering design and support services are 100% in-house. This insures our ability to provide ongoing support for our clients without the need for third party contractors.

Our engineers have access to and are experienced with a wide range of platforms and protocols, utilizing the most sophisticated software programs in the industry.

Our team is skilled in all aspects of machine design including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications. We have both the experience and the facilities to design, build and test your machinery on our own state-of-the-art equipped premises. More important, we offer ongoing engineering support and parts for any tooling or machinery we manufacture.

We assemble a team to brain storm, always thinking out of the box. Our engineers have at their disposal eCAD / CAE software to create detailed solid models. From there they produce detailed engineering drawings or create a finite element model to complete a stress analysis as required.
